KATHMANDU, March 22: Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Spokesperson Manish Suman has said that a JSP candidate should be the ruling alliance’s common candidate in the by-elections to be held on 23rd April in Bara Constituency No. 2.
He said that they will be entitled to the common candidate of the alliance in Bara-2. “We are expecting that a JSP candidate will be the common candidate of the ruling coalition in Bara-2.” He said that the people elected from there before also belong to JSP.

Suman said that the party has not decided on the candidate from Bara-2. "No conclusion has been drawn as to who will be the JSP candidate from Bara-2."
"According to the statute of the party, after the regional committee, district committee, and Madhesh province committee have decided on the candidates, we will only sign the tickets, JSP has not decided on the candidate in any constituency," he said.
