The union has been protesting the DEO´s decision to transfer a teacher from Sankatmochan Secondary School and his appointment as principal of Nagarain Secondary School.
Some half-a-dozen teachers groups under the leadership of the union have been padlocking the District Education Office for the past three weeks over the issue.
