According to a source, the PM will be arriving in the district at the request of the Nepal Army.
District Administration Office (DAO) has lifted curfew till 3 pm today and the security of the district has been tightened in view of the arrival of the prime minister and chiefs of security agencies.
According to PM's Press Coordinator Prakash Adhikari, PM Koirala will return today itself to attend a meeting with political leaders.
Nepal Army Chief Rajendra Chhetri is flying with PM Koirala while chiefs of Armed Police Force and Nepal Police have already reached the incident site.
