He claimed the deal has become non-controversial now as Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal, Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and the UML central committee have “cleared” the suspicions surrounding the deal.[break]
Speaking to media persons at the Biratnagar airport, Adhikari said, “There is no need to drag the deal into controversy.”
He further said that the cabinet will get a full shape in a day or two as the seven-point deal has been settled.
“Talks are on to keep portfolios such as Home, Defense and Finance under the prime minister,” he said, adding the party has been holding talks with the Nepali Congress and Madhes-based parties as well to bring them in the government.
