Those deceased have been identified as Lata Bista, 35, and her daughter Sandhya, 10, and Gyan Bahadur GC, 35, Palpa police chief DSP Thaneshwor Regmi said. The mishap happened while the vehicle was trying to avoid hitting a buffalo calf on the road. [break]
