Stating that resolving problems by bringing armed groups to talks before election was the responsibility of the government, the former Prime Minister said that such groups should come to talks by discarding arms and the election to the Constituent Assembly (CA) should be made a success.

Deuba said a national consensus government has been already formed to hold election and holding election within mid-December is the responsibility of the incumbent government.

At the programme chaired by Bijay Lal, Central member of NC, Bimalendra Nidhi, said that the CA was dissolved while preparation was underway for approval of the bill on the Rajarshee University.
