GALKOT, March 23: Chairman of the National Assembly Ganesh Prasad Timilsina has said marketization of local products through entrepreneurship would help boost the economy, and the economy finally contributes to prosperity.
Laying a foundation stone for a suspension bridge connecting Baglung and Parbat here today, Chairman Timilsina said the physical infrastructures could be linked to production and smooth supply of goods.
The bridge with 567 meter length will be set up over the Kaligandaki River at the height of 138 meters, said Ramchandra Shrestha, Director General at Suspension Bridge Division Office.
Him Shikar Construction has been contracted to build the bridge at Rs 70.86 million in two years.
