All preparations for the gathering are over. Leaders from the opposition parties have already arrived to participate in the protest meet, which the organizers said would be participated by around 20,000 cadres. Security in the district has been stepped up to avert any untoward incident.

UML leader Nepal, who arrived here for the meet, described Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai as being the most despotic PM. "How can the leader who gives order to shoot the people of Dailkeh be the prime minister?" Nepal said while speaking at a press conference.
