A meeting of the party’s office bearers Friday morning decided to relieve Tharu of his post and party over his announcement of the party´s unification with Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar-led MPRF-D, a press statement issued after the meeting said. [break]
Tharu had made a formal announcement about party unification while addressing a function at Lamahi, Dang, a day earlier. He had formed the party after severing ties with UCPN (Maoist) a few years ago.
