FM Koirala stresses on cordial relation with China and India

KATHMANDU, June 5: The newly-appointed Foreign Minister, Sujata Koirala has said that Nepal must move forward by maintaining cordial relation with its two big neighbors - India and China.



Koirala said that the Ministry will work towards strengthening Nepal´s relation with other countries as well.



After assuming office on Friday, she instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs staffers to put concentrated work in the ministry.



Requesting the Maoists to join the new government, she laid emphasis on the need for cooperation, consensus and unity among the political parties.
