Talking in a press conference organized by Press Chautari Nepal in Bharatpur, he underlined the importance of President Yadav to play a pivotal role for the country.[break]
"He has already declared PM Bhattarai as care taker prime minister. He has also urged the top leaders of the political parties to move ahead by forging consensus," Pokharel said, adding, "Now is the time for the president to call all the parties in the dissolved CA to forge consensus and end political deadlock."
Bhattarai’s totalitarian mindset is evident when he says that he would not resign until and unless there is an alternative, Pokharel added further.
He also claimed that the CA election on November 22 as declared by the prime minister is not possible. "PM Bhattarai is not committed towards national consensus and is pushing the country towards crisis," Pokharel said.
