The accident took place when a bus (Ba 2 Kha 2939) heading towards Mahakal VDC from Bansbari VDC carrying a marriage procession fell 20 meters off the road.[break]
The bus had a total of sixty passengers.
Condition of four out of the total injured is critical, said the District Police Office.
Seriously injured have been referred to Kathmandu for further treatment and others with minor injury are undergoing treatment at the Primary Health Center, Melamchi.
The bus driver is taken under control, said police.
