KATHMANDU, Dec 23: A jewelry shop owner was killed when a gang of looters opened fire at his jewelry shop in Milanchowk, Kapan, in the capital on Friday.
Harka Bahadur Diyale, owner of Mata Manakamana Sun Chandi Pasal, died during the course of his treatment at Om Hospital, Chabahil. Meanwhile, critically injured Roshan BK is undergoing treatment at TU Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj.
Police have arrested a suspect in connection with the incident. The shooters are absconding.
