SURUNGA, Jhapa, March 9: Jhapa11 has entered the finals of the third edition of the Jhapa Gold Cup Football Tournament currently underway at Domalal Rajbanshi Stadium at local Birtamo.

Jhapa 11 defeated Ruslan Three Star Club 4-3 in a tie-breaker of the first semi-final game at its home ground. 

Yogesh Gurung, Karna Limbu, Bhusan Subba and Devendra Tamang scored for Jhapa-11. Three Star's goalkeeper Allen Neupane, stopped a shot from Biswas Shrestha. 

Jhapa 11 goalkeeper Kishor Giri stopped the shots of Three Star players Buddha Chemjong and Sunil Bal. 

Jhapa 11 player Devendra Tamang was declared the Man of the Match and bagged Rs 25 thousand. 
The second semi-final match will be between Tribhuvan Army and Manang Marsyangdi Club.
