Being held with the purpose of “Promoting Nepali Cinema in the South Asian Spectrum,” this film festival promises to be an unprecedented experience.

“We’re bringing together a program that cherishes the cinematic possibilities we hold, question the flaws that we’ve mastered and point out the paths that can regenerate where our arts can now usher,” says AbhiManyu Dixit, film festival’s coordinator, adding “unlike other festivals, the Symposium will provide exclusive interactions between audiences and filmmakers. Anyone interested to participate, however, will have to file for registration.”

Master class workshops from prominent filmmakers from Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, namely Vimukthi Jayasundara and Mohammad Farooki.
