320 kg hashish seized

KATHMANDU, March 18: The Narcotic Drugs Control Law Enforcement Unit (NDCLEU), New Baneshwor, on Wednesday morning seized 320 kg of hashish along with a truck carrying the illegal drugs, from the Satungal area.

A team from NDCLEU also arrested two persons involved in the smuggling. The arrested have been identified as Bhimsen Tamang, 32, of Kiranchowk VDC-4, Dhading and Mukunda Raj Gautam, 22, of Khidim VDC-3, Arghakhanchi. NDCLEU has initiated detailed investigations into the arrested persons.
