The present government should immediately resign to pave the way for drafting the constitution on time, he said inaugurating a five-day-long training organized by the Federation of Nepali Journalists, Bhaktapur chapter, on Tuesday.
He also claimed that the Maoist party was the main obstacle to peace process and constitution drafting.
The Maoist Chairman is the chief of Special Committee for integration, supervision and rehabilitation of PLA combatants, but army integration hasn’t moved ahead as expected, he said.
