CHITWAN, Nov 21: Two days after the demise of his son, Prakash Dahal, CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal is attending a program organized by Left Alliance at Bharatpur today.
Following Prakash's demise due to cardiac arrest on Sunday, the Left Alliance had decided to postpone the program. However, Dahal insisted not to.
While Dahal would attend the program, it was unclear if he'd speak, Amik Serchen said.
The program is being held at Chitwan's constituency 3 where Dahal is contesting the upcoming elections representing the Left Alliance. KP Sharma Oli and Madhav Kumar Nepal from CPN-UML and Ram Bahadur Thapa (Badal) and Matrika Yadav from CPN-Maoist (center) are also participating in the program.
