The three--Dev Bahadur Dangi of Banke, Jhalak Oli of Rukum and Bal Bahadur Sarumagar of Banke--were arrested while they were taking 650 grams of the banned substance to India, to sell it there.
According to SSP Narayan Bastakoti, the police were able to make the arrest as a result of the police´s having spent much time trailing drug traffickers such as the trio arrested in Kohalpur.
