In response to PSHC´s call for public grievances against the three justices, a compliant has been filed accusing Grish Chandra of misusing his authority and issuing a verdict, releasing a detained rhino smuggler.

Another complaint against him charged that his lacks professional competency and is involved in irregularity. The parliament´s Natural Resources and Means Committee has indicted him for announcing the verdict in favour of the rhino smuggler.

Similarly, Karki also faces a charge of being under par and being a cadre of a political party. Yadav, however, has not faced any charge, according to JC.
