The parties agreed to request all their parliamentarians for the compulsory attendance during the deliberation and endorsement of the budget on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
"The meeting discussed on the budget and all the parties agreed to actively support the endorsement," Laxman Prasad Ghimire, the chief whip of Nepali Congress, told myrepublica.com. "While NC and CPN-UML had already issued whips to all the parliamentarians, other ruling parties agreed to instruct their lawmakers to attend the meeting."
The parliament is resuming on Monday after the Unified CPN (Maoist) decided to let the parliament open for three days to pass the budget after more than four months of obstruction.
Meanwhile, Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal will address the meeting of the parliament on Monday morning.
