UDMF to stay neutral yet again

KATHMANDU, Aug 6: United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) decided to stay neutral yet again in the fourth round of Prime Ministerial voting on Friday.



UDMF, an alliance of four Madhes-based parties, has been staying neutral in the voting. [break]

With the decision, none of the candidates will manage to get 399 votes, a simple majority, in the voting.



Earlier on third round of voting, 11 lawmakers of Madhesi People’s Rights Forum crossed the floor defying the party directives.
