20 injured in road mishap

CHITWAN, Oct 5: At least 20 passengers were injured when a Narayangarh-bound local bus from Jugedi met with an accident at Bharatpur sub-metropolis-2, Aanptari this morning.

According to the information provided by Chitwan District Police Office, a minibus (Ga 1 Kha 2246) overturned on the road after it went uncontrolled.

The injured are undergoing treatment at Chitwan Medical College and Bharatpur Hospital, police informed.

The accident took place at 7.45 am today. Bus driver has been out of contact after the mishap, police said. RSS
