CHITWAN, Aug 16: At least 18 people were injured in a terrible road accident in Tikauli forest located in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-9 of Chitwan on Wednesday.
In that forest, at 11:30 AM, a bus belonging to the local Oxford College that was heading towards Tandi from Bharatpur, and seven vehicles coming from the opposite direction, collided with each other.
About 18 people were injured when the bus hit a vehicle carrying a dead body, leading to the collision of a scooter, a Bolero jeep and a motorcycle with each other. District Police Office Chitwan said that the injured have been sent to the hospital for treatment. According to the police, an investigation is underway.
