BAGMATI, Oct 7: As many as 16 people were injured this morning when an EV microbus met with an accident on Madan Bhandari Highway at Harami Chowk of Bagmati Rural Municipality-4, Makwanpur.
According to authorities, the vehicle (registration number Ma Pra 02-001 Ja 0072), coming from Sindhuli toward Hetauda, collided with a motorcycle (registration number Na 5 Pa 5558) exiting the inner road toward the highway. The vehicle then went out of control and fell about 15 feet into a rivulet.

The injured were rescued and sent to the local Sambhi Polyclinic and Cooperative Hospital for treatment, said Thakur Sapkota, Police Inspector at the District Police Office, Makwanpur.
