In other matches of the day, Shiksha Shrestha edged out Saraswati Budhathoki 21-14, 21-19 to win the title of U-16 girls´ singles while Dipesh Dhami lost the first set to Riyajuddin Yiajudani 21-23 in the U-16 boys´ singles final match but made a recovery to win the title with 21-12, 21-11 in the other two sets.
In the veterans´ doubles (above 55) final, Shailendra Raj Ghale and Madhav Bahadur Thapa ousted Amrit Tayaja and Dharma Lal Pradhan 21-19, 19-21, 21-12 to claim the first position.
Likewise, Ratnajit Tamang teamed with Sara Devi Tamang in the mixed doubles to beat the pair of Puja Shrestha and Rajiv Dahal 21-12, 21-14 in the final.
In the semifinals of women´s singles, Sara Devi Tamang thrashed Sujana Shrestha 21-5, 21-6. In another semifinal match, Puja Shrestha set up the title clash with Sara Devi defeating Nangsala Devi Tamang 14-21, 21-12, 21-9.

In the men´s doubles, the pair of Bivek Shrestha and Ratnajit Tamang ousted Bimal Shrestha and Ram Rai 21-21, 14-21, 21-19 in the semifinal while Ram Singh Chaudhary and Navaraj Joshi struggled past Indra Mahat and Bishal Pradhan 21-18, 18-21, 23-21 to enter the final.
In the semifinals of men´s singles, Bikash Shrestha defeated Sahadev Khadka 21-11, 15-21, 21-15 while Ram Singh Chaudhary beat Indra Mahat 21-17, 17-21, 21-14.
In the semifinal of veterans´ doubles (above 45), the pair of Pawan Kumar Shrestha and Rajendra Prasad Shakya defeated Pushpa Raj Tamrakar and Chandra Shekhar Lama 21-18, 11-21, 21-17. Likewise, Surendra Singh teamed with Hemant Pal to beat Thakur Mohan Shrestha and Anup Thapa 21-10, 21-16.
