KATHMANDU, March 17: The departmental team Tribhuvan Army Club’s Ratnajit Tamang has clinched the men’s singles title of the ongoing sixth Nationwide Krishna Mohan Memorial Open Badminton Tournament on Friday. Tamang defeated Armed Police’s Deepesh Dhami 2-0 to win his sixth title of the year with 22-20, 21-11 in the final played at the Armed Police Force headquarters in Halchowk. Tamang took home Rs 60,000, while the runner-up Dhami was rewarded with Rs 30,000 for securing second place.
