The party has informed that it will organize protest rallies in all VDCs of the district. The rallies will be led and addressed by district-level leaders of the party. The campaign was launched in the district five days ago and will last for another week. The party has even formed smaller groups to organize ´people´s marches´ in the VDCs.
District president of Janamorcha Ammar Thapa said the party´s eight groups will lead the marches in the municipality and 59 VDCs. “Federalism will not lead to decentralization but disintegration of the country,” Thapa said, adding, “We have gone from doors to doors to raise awareness about the perils of federalism.”
Starting from Bhimgithe, Janamorcha has completed its program in Bobang, Ransinghkiteni, Hil, Sukhaura, Narayansthan, Thangram and Baglung municipality.
