"Biratnagar belongs to all of us. It should be established as an orderly and civilized city by all of us," he said, "Noise pollution is also connected with the beauty and civilization of the city. I believe that everyone will be with me in the campaign launched by the city." Deputy Mayor Shilpa Nirala Karki said that many suggestions have been received from the residents of the city to control noise pollution.
