BIRATNAGAR, April 11: The metropolis, which is on a campaign to make Biratnagar clean, beautiful, and developed, has banned the consumption of cigarettes, and other tobacco products such as khaini, , panparag, gutkha, etc. in public places from April 14 (Baisakh 1, 2080 BS)
