KATHMANDU, July 11: Chairman of the CPN (Unified Socialist) and former prime minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the Unified Socialist party was formed for the benefit of the nation and its people.
At a press conference organized by the Socialist Press Organization Nepal, Kailali, in Dhangadhi today, he said that the party should not focus on its own interests like other parties. Chairman Nepal said that his party was dedicated to its principles and ideals.
“In this way, we are moving ahead with the work of building the party,” Nepal said. “In the process of moving the party forward in this way, we have to get involved in the preparations for the upcoming elections.” In a different context, he said that there would be no unity with any party including the Maoists before the next election.
