With the motto ‘If you are spending anyway, why not spend for a good cause’, Blood Cancer Society Nepal and Utpala Cafe are jointly organizing a fundraising event entitled ‘Valentine’s Special, Share Love to Save Lives’, for blood cancer patients on Sunday in Utpala Café, Bauddha.

According to a press statement released by Aakar Events, the event is managed by Aakar Events with the goal of providing a lovely and memorable experience by performing songs, poetries, comedy act, games and gift hampers to the guests.

Each program will be held for around two hours which will be performed in the morning, afternoon and evening as the buffet starts at different times in Utpala Café.

The entry is free of cost and there will be a special Valentine’s menu at just Rs 350 and complimentary shots to the guest from Utpala. The idea is to exchange the donation and support from the guests in return with the fun experience.

The organizers said the event would have not been possible without the support of all the volunteer teams giving their heart and soul to perform and entertain the guests as a support to the cause.
Jibesh Gurung, a well known actor and singer, will also perform live in the event. The gift sponsors in the event are UG Cakes, Lumiere Nepal, House of Fashion Nepal and Dancing Yak and Show Free Lingerie. As an offer from Simsime Travels and Tours, based in Nagpokhari, there is a bumper prize of winning an overnight stay package to Pokhara for a lucky winner. The lucky draw game is chargeable and the proceeds will be used for charity purposes.

The event is supported by Radio Nagarik, PATA Nepal Student Chapter, Restrology and IST College.
