Trouble mounts for Aryan Khan as NCB likely to seek further custody in drugs case

The Narcotics Control Bureau is likely to seek further custody of Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan for investigation in the Cordelia drugs case.

The NCB has said Aryan Khan's custody will be needed to investigate materials found during the overnight raids. The NCB is also going to seek further custody of two other accused in connection with the case.

One Shreyas Nair has also been picked up by the NCB. He had allegedly supplied drugs to Aryan Khan and his friend Arbaaz Khan. Shreyas Nair could be arrested and produced in court today. His name was revealed in the mobile chats of Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Khan.
According to sources, Shreyas Nair was about to be on the same cruise, but he did not board for some reason.

According to the NCB, the three had earlier met at parties and the proof was found in Aryan Khan's chats. However, Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Khan have not revealed clearly who their peddler was. Arbaaz Khan said a Goa-based peddler used to supply him with the drugs.
Another accused, Munmun Dhamecha said she received the drugs near the international airport, close to a five-star hotel.

Apart from Aryan Khan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant and another accused, Munmun Dhamecha, were arrested on Saturday by the NCB officials for their alleged involvement in a drugs case. Aryan Khan was placed under arrest on Sunday at 2 pm, for involvement in consumption, selling and purchasing of contraband.

Acting on a tip-off, the NCB had raided a rave party on board the Empress Cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai on Saturday. The agency investigators alleged that they had seized 13 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of MD, 21 grams of charas, 22 pills of MDMA (ecstasy) and Rs 1.33 lakh in cash from the accused.
