Marvel Studios revealed its first trailer of Ryan Coogler’s ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’ amid a presentation in Hall H at San Diego Comic Con 2022 on July 23, Saturday.
According to reports, before the screening of the trailer, the Marvel team paid tributes to the late Chadwick Boseman. According to the report of The Wrap, Director Coogler recalled, ““Five years ago, sat about right there, we premiered the first footage from Black Panther 1, and sitting next to me right there on my left was… the late, great Chadwick Boseman.” He added, “Standing here with y’all right now, listening to that music, I promise you, I can feel his hand on me right now,” Coogler said, assuring fans that the cast and crew put their love for Boseman into the film.”
The trailer carries a tribute to the late Chyadwick Boseman, who starred as character- T’Challa in the movie ‘Black Panther’ in 2018. Similarly, Lupita Nyong’o reprises her character as Nakia, who mourns her love, T’Challa. The trailer also gives a glimpse of Tenoch Huerta as Namor.
Late Chadwick Boseman died in 2020 after suffering from colon cancer. The sequel is said to be released on November 11.
