Shivata Love Foundation has recently donated rations to Pabitra Samaj Sewa Nepal. Ragini Upadhayaya, Chairperson of the foundation and former Vice-Chancellor of Nepal Academy of Fine Arts, visited the organization located at Budanikantha and made the donation on Tuesday. 

She handed over various food items such as rice, pulses, salt, oil and other food items to Diksha Chapagain, Chairperson of Pabitra Samaj Sewa Nepal. Speaking on the occasion, Upadhyaya said that Shivata Love Foundation will continue such activities in the days to come. 

Ragini founded the Shivata Love Foundation in 2016 in memory of her late daughter Shivata. Since then, the foundation has been assisting children in different parts of the country. “My daughter who died to ‘meningitis-B’ will not be able to fulfill her dream. However, through this organization I hope I can help other girls fulfill their dream,” she said. 

The Foundation also provided art materials including canvas and brush to a talented student, Ankita Nepal in the same event. The foundation also informed that it will take full responsibility for her art studies in the future.
