KATHMANDU, Dec 29: Trailer of upcoming Nepali film ‘Rumalai Chha Chino’ was released amidst a special program organized in Kathmandu on Monday. 

The trailer is out on the official channel of ‘Budha Subba Digital Pvt Ltd.’ According to a press statement issued by the production team, the film revolves around the story of Nepali youth who takes part  in the Jammu Kashmir war after being enrolled in the Indian army. The lead character Sushant Karki features as an Indian Army.  Speaking about his preparation for the role karki said, “I have done some research to mould myself into the character. I have worked hard on my physique as well. The effort has helped me showcase my six packs in the film.” Director of the film, Dinesh Singh Thakuri, stated that the film’s name is inspired by Resham Thapa’s song ‘Rumalai Chha Chino’. 

The film is made under the banner of Jyoti Films and has featured various prominent artist of the Nepali film fraternity including Kishor Khatiwada, Sanchita Luitel, Sushant Karki, Afshana Thapa, Rasmi Bhatta, Mithila Sharma, Surbir Pandit and Laxman Bikram Basnet. Binod Sapkota and Shiva Tharu have filmed and edited the film respectively. Likewise, Chandra Bahadur Khadka, Deepak Dahal and Ram Pandey are the producers of the film.

The film is set to release on Falgun 10.
