Soaltee Crowne Plaza introduced home chef Tasneem Sahani through Parsi Food Festival in Kakori from July 25 to August 3.

The hotel is ‘celebrating the difference’ through the promotion of ‘Celebrating The Woman And The Home’ that highlights authentic and time tested Parsi recipes handed down over generations and enjoyed in homes on special occasions.

Under Celebrating Women, the home chef Tasneem is sharing wonderful Parsi food handed down from her mother-in-law and mothers repertoire. And you can enjoy the Parsi delights such as Chicken Farcha, Lamb Kabab, Prawn Kabab, Tikhu Mithu Naryal Kabab, Vegetable Parsi Kabab for starter and Sali Boti, Bhida Ma Gosht, Kolmi Paatio Tatrelo, Mutton Dhaan Saak, etc for main course along with Lagannu Custard, Chaapat, Parsi Mawa Cake for dessert.

The festival begins every evening at 7 pm at Kakori.
