Dr Om Murti was born on October 31, 1978, in Mahottari district of Nepal. Despite coming from a middle-class family, he pursued his childhood dream of becoming a doctor. He completed his ISC from Janakpur, followed by his MBBS from the College of Medical Sciences in Bharatpur. Dr Anil furthered his education by obtaining an MD in Internal Medicine from the Institute of Medical Sciences (IOM) Maharajganj and a DM in Cardiology from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi. Dr Anil's career in medicine has been impressive, having worked as an Assistant Professor of Cardiology at the Manmohan Cardiovascular and Thoracic Center from 2011 to 2015. During his tenure, he also led the center's cath lab. Afterward, he served as the director of interventional cardiology at Grande International Hospital. Eventually, he founded the National Cardiac Centre, located in Basundhara, which focuses on providing curative and preventive treatment for heart diseases.
