Less of me

I am less of a daughter,

If I don't do the chores.

I am less of a girl,

If I don't do the makeup.

I am less of a girlfriend,

If I don't feel helpless.

I am less of a woman,

If I don't get married.

I am less of a wife,

If I don't bear a child.

I am less of a mother,

If I don't spend all day in a house.

Yes,

I may be less of these,

Because I am more of a human.
