Flavors of Kashmir at Hotel Aloft

As the weather begins to drop and the chills kick in, Aloft Kathmandu has organized ‘Flavors of Kashmir’ with a bespoke menu prepared by Chef Sanjay Raina, the undisputed Ambassador to Kashmiri Cuisine around the world.

The ‘Flavours of Kashmir’ festival was inaugurated by Manjeev Singh Puri, ambassador of India to Nepal that showed Kashmiri cuisine.

Aiming to showcase Kashmiri culture via its cuisine, Executive Chef Sailendra Singh has worked with Chef Raina to develop a bespoke culinary menu for those who want to experience exotic gourmet dishes, flying Chef Raina and his team in from New Delhi especially for the event.

Speaking of this exclusive food experience, General Manager of Aloft Kathmandu Thamel, Vikram Singh shared his excitement in bringing the authentic flavors of Kashmir to Nepal.

“Chef Raina is known for developing menus with an unrivaled commitment to detail that has resulted in unforgettable dining experiences for high-end state dinners and food festivals across the world. This is part of our culinary festival journey as we bring international food Festival to Kathmanduites, in the near future we look forward to Spanish, Turkish among various future international food festivals in Aloft Kathmandu Thamel”

Including delicious vegetarian starters, divine main courses, and delectable desserts, the ‘Flavors of Kashmir’ food festival will be running at Nook, the hotel’s all-day dining till November 24.
