According to a press release, the hotel organized the event for the promotion of Chinese cuisine to local and as well as international guests.
The foods in the festival include Seafood Lung Fung Soup, Kung Pao Chicken, Prawn in XO Sauce, Crackling Crab in Chilli Oyster Sauce, Honey Glazed Roast Pork Rib enhanced with five spices, Crispy Chili Shredded Lamb and several other cuisines.
The festival will run until February 8.
