All five episodes from season one of ‘I am Groot’ to release on August 10

KATHMANDU,

All five episodes from season one of ‘I am Groot’ are set to stream on Disney + on August 10.

According to reports, Marvel Studios had recently teased the new posters for the animated shorts up to the third episode. The first episode is titled ‘Groot’s First Steps’, second is titled ‘The Little Guy’ and third is titled ‘Groot’s Pursuit’.

According to a report from Collider, Marvel Studios Head of Streaming, Brad Winderbaum said, “‘I Am Groot’ takes place actually between the end of Guardians 2 and before the tag scene in Guardians 2. So, it's in this narrow window where Groot is in that kind of post toddler stage of development.”

‘I am Groot’ is a collection of five original shorts starring Baby Groot and will feature several new and unusual characters. The writer/director of this series is Kirsten Lepore, and the executive producers are Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum and James Gunn.
