Voter ID applications now possible online using National Identity card

Starting Thursday, those who possess a National Identity Card number can submit their voter ID applications online using the same credentials. Applicants can visit the designated Election Commission website, enter their national ID number and required personal details, and complete the process digitally.

KATHMANDU, Nov 13: Individuals no longer need to visit the District Election Office to apply for a voter ID card.



Starting Thursday, those who possess a National Identity Card number can submit their voter ID applications online using the same credentials. Applicants can visit the designated Election Commission website, enter their national ID number and required personal details, and complete the process digitally.
