SURKHET, June 22: Two people lost their lives in a tractor accident that occurred on Saturday night in Chaukune Rural Municipality, Surkhet. According to police, the accident took place in Ward 6 of Chaukune, killing Raju Kami and Bhawane Kami of Panchapuri Municipality-8 on the spot.

The tractor was carrying 11 people, including the driver. Three of the injured have been taken to Karnali Provincial Hospital in Kalagaun for treatment, while the remaining six are receiving care at the Salghari Primary Health Center.
