KAPILVASTU, March 7: Two persons were killed in a tractor accident on Monday afternoon near Ghorahi along the Chandrauta – Krishnanagar road stretch.
Santosh Yadav, 19, of Chitauni of Krishnanagar municipality – 3 and Sahu Manihar, 46, of Semara of Krishnanagar municipality – 1 were killed when the tractor (Lu 1 Ta 5403) met with the accident, police said. Both the deceased were travelling on the tractor at the time of the mishap.
The bodies have been sent to Shiva Raj Hospital at Bahadurgunj for post-mortem examinations.
