KATHMANDU, Aug 5: Two people have been arrested on the charge of looting a public impersonating themselves as policemen associated with the Central Investigation Bureau.

Those arrested are Dorje Tamang and Norbu Tamang of Kathmandu, confirmed the Metropolitan Police Circle, Maharajgunj. According to Circle Chief Deputy Superintendent of Police, Phanidra Prasai, the two allegedly looted one Ishwar Ghatan of Rs 6,000 and a mobile phone set from Dhumbarahi area.
They were arrested with the help of CCTV footage.
