KATHMANDU, Jan 11: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Monday arrested Prem Chandra Jha, survey officer of Tikathali, Lalitpur, on charge of bribery.
Jha was caught red-handed while receiving bribe.Acting on a tip-off, a team deployed from the anti-graft body arrested him while he was demanding bribe from service seekers promising to settle land related issue.

The accused was demanding Rs 150,000 from service seekers. Earlier, a complaint had been lodged at the CIAA and investigation is underway, according to the anti-graft body.
