Six individuals sustain minor injuries, three houses partially damaged

The earthquake has affected several districts including Sindhupalchok, Bhojpur, Dolakha, Sankhuwasabha, Dhanusha, Kathmandu and Myagdi. Additionally, the Nepal Police has urged the locals to contact their nearest police office or dial 100 in case of emergency assistance.

KATHMANDU, Feb 28: An earthquake of 6.1 that struck Bhairab Kunda in Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality, Sindhupalchowk early Friday morning, has not resulted in any human casualties. Police have reported a total of 13 incidents triggered by the earthquake across the country.  


According to the reports received by 3 pm, six individuals have sustained normal injuries while three families have been displaced. Similarly, three houses have been partially damaged, while one house has been completely destroyed and one police office and a shed have been partially damaged.
