KATHMANDU, Feb 28: Foreign Minister Dr Arzu Rana Deuba has said that the exact status of Nepali student Bipin Joshi, who is under the control of Hamas, is still not available. Minister Deuba made this comment while talking to journalists at Tribhuvan International Airport after returning from participating in the 58th High-Level Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council on Friday.
She said that although accurate information has not been received, the government is making every effort to release Bipin and find out his exact status.

Minister Deuba said that despite assurances from the international community regarding the initiatives being taken by Nepal, concrete results have not been achieved.
