Senior Communist Party leader Karmacharya hospitalised

KATHMANDU, July 7: The only surviving founding leader of the Nepal Communist Party Nar Bahadur Karmacharya has been hospitalized at Model Hospital. He has been suffering from fever and jaundice since last week.[break]



Talking to Republica, Vice Chairman of the UCPN (Maoist) Narayan Kaji Srestha said Karnacharya is receiving treatment. "He has been admitted to the hospital as per the suggestions of doctors involved in his treatment," said Shrestha.
